Paul L. Vitulli, D.O.
Vascular Interventional Specialist
Dr. Vitulli attended medical school at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, followed by an internship with Long Beach Medical Center. He went on to complete his residency at St. Barnabas Hospital, before completing his fellowship with Stony Brook University Hospital & Medical Center in 2003. He is CAQ certified. Dr. Vitulli has devoted his career to providing his patients with personalized care requiring imaging-guided biopsy, vascular access and various forms of endovascular therapy. His specialities include early diagnosis, and minimally invasive or non- surgical treatments, allowing his patients to return to active and healthy lifestyles. Dr. Vitulli relocated to Florida in order to dedicate his expertise to providing care for patients at St. Vincent’s in Jacksonville, Flagler Hospital in St. Augustine, and Florida Hospital in Tampa before co-founding Duval Vascular Center and Duval Fibroid Center.Our Team
Nicole Neidhart, NP
Nicole has served as a nurse practitioner for 17 years, as well as a certified midwife for 13 years. With a strong background in women’s health and a passion for providing quality care to patients with vascular diseases, she provides comprehensive care full-time with Duval Vascular Center.
Brian Hobbs, M.B.A., CMPE

Brian Hobbs, MBA, CMPE is a healthcare administrator with over 25 years of healthcare experience. He is a Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) through American College of Medical Practice Executives. Mr. Hobbs holds both a B.S. and M.B.A. degree from the University of North Florida. He has experience in the medical specialties of Gastroenterology, Interventional Cardiology, Orthopedic Surgery and Hospitalist Medicine.
